How long does the battery last on Vendora earbuds?
Vendora earbuds provide up to 8 hours of continuous playback on a single charge with ANC off, and up to 6 hours with ANC active. The premium metal charging case adds another 24 hours of total playback time.
Are Vendora earbuds sweat and water resistant?
Yes, all Vendora earbuds feature an IPX5 rating, making them resistant to sweat and splashes during intensive workouts or light rain. Please note: The charging case is not waterproof, and complete immersion of earbuds in water is not covered under warranty.
What is your return policy?

What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers inherent manufacturing defects and electrical malfunctions for 1 year from the purchase date. However, please note that physical damage, drops, cracks, or liquid contact (water damage) are strictly excluded from warranty coverage.
